The goal of this project is to improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for ODUGlobal.
Implementation of the Schema.org metadata involves a combination of custom code and the Metatag module for Drupal. The reason for this is that the ODUGlobal website uses the Paragraphs module, and the Metatag module cannot read the content inside of Paragraphs, therefore they cannot be connected via Metatag tokens.
The information below displays the current status of the Schemas that will be implemented on ODUGlobal and ODU. This page will be updated as the project progresses.
As of August 2026, the Schema project has expanded to the main ODU website for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
